STC SEO Search Plugin
We've built a search engine plugin for mozilla-based browsers (Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Seamonkey). The plugin makes it easy for you to use the STC SEO Custom Search Engine from your browser, regardless of what site you're currently on.
Installation of the plugin is simple. Just click on the "install STC SEO Custom Search Engine Plugin" link below, and click on "OK" in the "Add Search Engine" dialog box which pops up. The dialog box you'll see when you click the link is shown here:
The search plugin works with the standard mozilla search box. You may have disabled this search box, so here's how to restore it. These instructions work for Firefox - they may vary slightly for other mozilla-based browsers. In your browser menu bar, click on "View", then "Toolbars", then "Customize". This will display a "Customize Toolbar" window that should look something like this:
The mozilla search box is the one labeled "Search" and showing a magnifying glass on the left of the textbox. Add the search box to one of your toolbars by dragging it from the Customize Tooolbar window to the toolbar in your main browser window.
Once the search box has been added, using it is simple. To use the STC SEO search engine, click on the magnifying glass to display a list of installed search engine plugins. Choose the STC plugin, type your search phrase into the box, and press the "Enter" key. Your customized search results should be displayed on a new page.
