You will receive an email confirmation once you have registered and purchased your ticket(s) – no paper tickets will be mailed. Please bring your confirmation email and a government issued ID (license, passport, etc.) to the welcome desk to receive your lanyard and conference packet.
Please note there is no ticket sharing allowed. Each individual must check-in at the welcome desk themselves, a co-worker or friend cannot check-in for you.
Any cancellation made within 10 days of the booking will receive a full refund up until Monday, April 9th, 2018. Any cancellations made after 10 days of the original booking or cancellations made after April 9th are non-refundable but are transferrable up until 1 week prior to the event.
To cancel your registration and get your refund, please notify us in writing at [email protected] You will be refunded to your original payment method – we will not issue checks.
Please remember that cancelling your conference registration does not cancel your travel arrangements, you are responsible for cancelling those reservations and any cancellation fees incurred.
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person in writing via [email protected]. Registration transfers may only be made up until Monday, April 30th, 2018.

NEXT10x is a respectful and inclusive conference at which courteous and professional behavior is expected.
We are not liable for any damage or loss to personal items brought to NEXT10x. We are also not liable for any personal injury incurred during the conference.
By attending NEXT10x, you agree to waive your rights of privacy and publicity in regards to photos, videos, films, and any material recorded that may be taken of you. NEXT10x and Stone Temple reserve the right to use the recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.
I also permit Next10x and Stone Temple to release my contact information to other conference participants and affiliates.
There is no videotaping or voice recording permitted during the conference. You agree to not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any recordings or materials without our permission.
Since event attendees and speakers are responsible for their own content, such as presentations, you agree to not use any content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates their intellectual property. You also understand that the opinions and views expressed by attendees and speakers are not necessarily our opinions and views.
